  • How do I request a return?

    Open My Orders, select the delivered product, tap Return, and choose reason with photo evidence where needed. Keep tags and original packaging for approval.

  • Which products are not returnable?

    Personal care, undergarments, perishable goods, and some hygiene items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect. Product page policy always applies.

  • How do I check return status?

    Track return progress in the same order timeline: request submitted, pickup scheduled, quality check, and refund completed.
