Open Order Details, tap Report Product, and attach photos. Our moderation team reviews the case, and if confirmed, your return/refund is prioritized under buyer protection.
How can I discover trending categories quickly?
Visit the Shop page and use Top Categories and Flash Sale filters. You can also sort by best-selling items and ratings to find high-demand products quickly.
Orders
How do I place an order on KechCart?
Add items to cart, confirm quantity and address, then proceed to checkout. Select payment method and place order. You will receive confirmation on app and email.
How do I cancel an order?
Go to My Orders, choose the order, and tap Cancel if it has not entered shipped status. If already shipped, request a return after delivery through Returns & Refund.
How can I track my order status?
Open My Orders and select Track Package to view real-time milestones: packed, shipped, in transit, and out for delivery with expected date.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days in major cities and 4 to 8 days in remote regions. ETA is shown per product and again at checkout.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
You can update address only before the parcel is packed. Use My Orders > Change Address if available, or cancel and reorder if the option is locked.
What happens if delivery is missed?
Riders may attempt redelivery based on courier policy. Keep your phone reachable, and monitor tracking updates to avoid automatic return to seller.

How do I request a return?
Open My Orders, select the delivered product, tap Return, and choose reason with photo evidence where needed. Keep tags and original packaging for approval.
Which products are not returnable?
Personal care, undergarments, perishable goods, and some hygiene items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect. Product page policy always applies.
How do I check return status?
Track return progress in the same order timeline: request submitted, pickup scheduled, quality check, and refund completed.

How do I become a seller on KechCart?
Visit Seller Registration, submit CNIC, phone, and shop details, then complete verification. After approval you can upload listings from Seller Dashboard.
How are seller payouts processed?
Payouts are released after order delivery and return window checks. You can monitor payout cycles and deductions from the Seller Finance section.
